Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PiixelPrep, an image-resizing service for marketplace sellers, operated at piixelprep.com ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

PiixelPrep lets you resize product photos for online marketplaces such as Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, and more. Image processing happens primarily in your browser; we do not store your images on our servers.

2. Accounts

To use certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. When you register we collect your name, email address, and — if you subscribe to a paid plan — payment information (processed securely by Stripe).

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by PiixelPrep. You retain full ownership of any images you upload and process through the Service.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with our billing policy.

6. Cookies

The Service uses cookies to maintain your session and improve your experience. These cookies do not contain personal data. By using the Service you consent to the use of cookies.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and handle your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PiixelPrep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify registered users by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
