Refund Policy

Effective date: March 9, 2026

PiixelPrep is a digital service — all image processing happens in your browser and no physical goods are shipped. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for our paid subscription plans.

1. Free Tier

The free tier requires no payment. There is nothing to refund.

2. Monthly Plans

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account settings. Once cancelled, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not issued for partial months already billed.

3. Annual Plans

If you purchased or renewed an annual plan and are not satisfied, you may request a pro-rata refund within 14 days of the charge. After 14 days, the annual subscription is non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future renewal.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at billing@piixelprep.com with your account email and a brief reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method through our payment processor, Paddle. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests where we detect abuse of this policy, such as repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles. In such cases we will notify you of the decision and the reason.

7. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Netherlands, consistent with our Terms of Service.
